• All demolition or scrap collection appointments must be confirmed by our operations team.
• You will provide accurate details about the site, structure, or materials involved.
• Our team will only perform work at the confirmed project location provided at the time of booking.
• All necessary permissions and safety clearances from local authorities are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

• Payments must be made upon successful completion of agreed work unless stated otherwise in a signed contract.
• We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or approved payment gateways.
• Any additional services, extra materials, or extended project scope will be billed separately after mutual consent.

Service Limitations

• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues unrelated to the demolition or scrap process.
• Our team reserves the right to refuse or postpone service if safety or legal conditions are not met on-site.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Project Scheduling

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site information and remove valuable or sensitive items prior to project commencement.
• Comply with all safety and environmental instructions provided by our supervisors.

Warranties & Guarantees

Our services are delivered professionally with strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations. We do not provide warranties on scrap material valuation or resale, as prices vary based on market conditions.

Privacy

Liability
